  • Copy the full contents of the CD to a temporary directory: <tmpdir>
  • Apply the Blood 2 2.0.224b Update
    ONLY update the files that are in the \GAME directory and DON'T update the files that are in the root of the temporary directory! So first extract the Update and then just copy the \GAME directory to the <tmpdir>\GAME directory.
  • Extract the BLD2V20.EXE file from the Patch into the <tmpdir>\GAME directory (where also the BLOOD2.EXE file exists).
  • Execute it to remove the CD-Check.
  • Remove the BLD2V101.EXE file as it is not needed anymore.
  • Burn the contents back to a 80 min. CD-R and use this CD-Label: BLOOD2
  • Play the Game!
